Student Judicial Affairs
The Office of Student Judicial Affairs will provide leadership to ensure the University is a living-learning community. This office will strive to foster a campus community that protects the health, welfare, safety, property, and rights of all members. The Office of Student Judicial Affairs staff members are available to assist students in understanding and applying the West Virginia University Student Conduct Code. Specific advising services are offered to individuals who wish to bring charges against a student and to students against whom charges have been made. These services include an explanation of substantive and due process rights, the right of appeal, the right to a fair hearing, and the opportunity to understand and use the Code.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dr. Melanie Cook or LiDell Evans, or by calling the Office of Student Judicial Affairs.
